1. Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane

Brackish Water RO: Models RE2540-BE, RE4021-BE, RE4040-BE, RE8040-BE, RE8040-BE34, RE8040-BE440 offer high salt rejection and large flow rates for industrial and municipal brackish water applications.
Low Pressure & Ultra-Low Pressure: Models RE2540-BLF, RE2540-BLN, RE2540-BLR, RE4021-BLF, RE4040-BLF, RE8040-BLF, RE8040-BLF440, RE8040-BLN, RE8040-BLN440, RE8040-BLR, RE8040-BLR440 are designed for maximum energy efficiency with low operating pressure.

Installation & Handling Requirements

Pretreatment: Feed water must be filtered to reduce suspended solids and prevent fouling.
Pressure Regulation: Operate within the working pressure range of the membrane.
Chemical Compatibility: Use only chemicals that are compatible with polyamide or PES/PSF.
Standard Housing: Ensure the membrane element is installed in a suitable pressure vessel (2.5", 4.0", 8.0" I.D.).
Monitoring: Install inline conductivity and pressure gauges for system diagnosis.
Handling: Store the membrane in dry condition and room temperature before installation, avoid direct sunlight. Once wet, always keep the membrane moist.
Start-up: Discharge permeate in the first hour of operation.
Stabilization: Salt rejection stabilized within 48 hours of continuous operation.
FRP Safety: Use protective equipment when handling FRP shell to avoid contact with glass fibers.
