Operation and Maintenance Guide
- Increase feed pressure gradually over 30-60 seconds at start-up.
- Achieve the specified cross-flow velocity gradually within 15-20 seconds.
- Avoid sudden changes in pressure or flow to prevent membrane damage.
- Ensure that the membrane remains moist after the initial wetting process.
- Discharge permeate during the first hour of operation to ensure optimum water quality.
